These leveraged ETFs are less risky than many individual stocks that are available to anyone. They are predictable- ie 2X or 3X. Individual stocks are not! The secret is getting out and the professionals do not want to share.

There are many individual stocks which have been and continue to be more volatile then leveraged stocks.Are you going to regulate them as well. leveraged stocks are safer than borrowing on margin. That is a fact.

Im the investor I should be allowed to trade Proshare like the big stock firms, if the stock market allowed the mutual funds company traded theses Proshare and the individual investors should be allowed.
I wish to have the right to pick stocks as I wish, Government should not control how I opt to use my money in the stock market. Just another way to take control of peoples lives.
Dark pool should go away permanently. Naked shorts should be fined 100% of current value at time of shorting. When market confidence erodes to a critical level, foreign investors and all retail investors will pull their money from the shady operations on Wall Street…we are approaching the critical level. If all of the corruption is allowed unchecked, there will be consequences eventually.
