All shares should have a serial number. Block chain technology should be employed to track the movement of these shares. This would prevent any naked shorts both intentional, and unintentional.
All things AMC and their short positions. That simple. Please. For the sake of our rights as citizens - there is blatant corruption and cheating going on here that is not being enforced. This is about right vs wrong.
I would like to see FULL disclosure of short positions taken by hedge funds and full length of time an FTD has been an FTD by which hedge fund and quantity of FTD
I resent any attempts to limit my full participation in the stock market in any way I choose to.
My comment on the rules is to actually enforce them. Honestly, take a look at obvious naked short selling and market manipulation. We the people have lost trust in a "free" market.
I greatly oppose any restrictions to my right to invest in leveraged and inverse funds or stock options.

I am attorney and enjoy the access to financial products to trade/invest on my own. I like to think and analyze trends (short and long term). The leveraged products are easily understood (e.g. prospectus available) and are less volatile than futures that involve middlemen.
