This is only aimed at making rich people richer and normal working class people not be able to make investments to move up in the world. The stock market, trade, and investments should be open to all. This is ridiculous!
The use of this these leveraged products has allowed my account to have excellent returns over the last many years from 2008 until now. I have only used the upside 2X leverage products and received very large returns, 1500% to 3500 % returns from 2008 through 12/31/2021. Yes there is high risk in these products unless they are used properly. So, what is proper use. If the products are only
Dear FINRA,
I just became aware that you are considering on adding some strict regulations regarding the purcahse of inverse funds and other investments that will affect many investors such as myself.I really hope that is not the case because in my opinon you will hurt more investors than help them. Now I can't speak for every other person that invests in the stock market obviously, but
The stock market should be open, transparent, and only minimally regulated to prevent predatory or scam-like investments. People should be generally free to invest in whatever they choose whether that be bitcoin, inverse funds, "traditional" funds, individual stocks and bonds etc... etc... Why don't you spend more time investigating, or regulating, why and how nearly
Traded securities including leveraged and inverse funds should be open to everyone and not just the rich or the privileged. Their risk is not greater than picking a security that may go down to zero (Kodak, Sears etc.). As a matter of fact, they are safer than single stocks, penny stocks, highly leveraged companies etc. because they represent an investment in an index of multiple companies. Going

I am an ardent supporter of the general public having access to the funds without the need to make these purchases though privileged brokers. I am well aware of the limitations and risk involved with these funds. The process that is being considered to make these purchases
To whom it may concern,
FINRA has proposed a raft of potential restrictions on so-called "complex" investment products, among them leveraged and inverse funds. Whereas some of the proposed restrictions are at least somewhat reasonable, like passing some sort of rudimentary test to ensure the investor is aware of what the product is, others are downright outrageous, such as not
Ah yes, quite a brilliant regulatory notice. Only us ~~~~sophisticated~~~~~~~~ investors are worthy enough to trade such complex financial instruments. The peasantry are wholly incapable of understanding the Bitz-Coins on our academic level. The only issue with this proposal is that it does not go far enough to """""protect"""
I see leverage and inverse funds as just another investment vehicle. Really no difference than bond funds or Bitcoin or even some of the stocks that are outside there being traded.
I support inverse and leveraged funds.
It is our constitutional right to be able to invest in funds based on any type of product. The fund managers should be able to manage a crypto based fund the same way they manage a stock or bond fund.
