We need more transparency in the stock market. The market’s volatility doesnt match with the data we have at the end of the day we get information later than others and that is not true capitalism.
Stocks should not be exchanged in unregulated, unmonitored dark pools. Furthermore, dark pool information should be easily accessible and have personally identifiable information tied to it in an effort to track the source of the share.
All you have to do is watch the daily market manipulation by hedge funds to see that they have rigged the stock market for their gain. Margin Call all hedge funds and Market Makers.

You have made this notice complex. I only agree with giving the investor more information 2c. If you want to regulate something make Companies that issue a K-1 to shareholders be required to use a stock symbol ending in K.
I only have one issue. If it's 'PUBLIC' stock then I should be able to buy - isn't that what public is? That's all: PUBLIC = PUBLIC // PUBLIC = PRIVATE- make up your mind regulatory - thx for reading.
Its ridiculous to ban this precious product for common people like us, especially when the government knows they are ruining the stock market right now and this is the only way we can keep our account in profit
I am opposed to the limitations of my investments, I consider that I am a responsible person and that I know what I am doing and I see it as unacceptable that my right to trade with any value of the public stock markets be limited

Leveraged and inverse funds are in my portfolio and I want to continue to invest in this vehicle.
It is no different than stock trading.
Government interference is unnecessary.
No special tests are necessary.
