Crypto currencies allow us to invest in our future, Example VET which is coin specializing in green solutions. They clean your messes. The stock market doesnt reward those strategies, they kill it. Crypto offers solutions and a better future.
I use leveraged and inverse funds to protect my portfolio.
Especially now that the Federal Reserve is in the process of raising interest rates and the stock market is selling off.
Please leave the leveraged and inverse funds alone.

I wish to maintain my freedom to continue investing in various products and shares in the stock market which help me build an excellent portfolio, amongst them are the ETF's which is why I oppose the restrictions to my rights and freedom to invest.
i do not need to be protected from myself with leveraged funds. I understand their investment role and associated risks. I balance these risks with blue-chip stocks and they provide a way to improve the overall return of my portfolio without excessive risky behavior like crypto.
Comments: Enough already!!! Investors are aware of the risks in the stock market. The risks encountered by "L&I Funds" are not much greater than risks that the broader so called safe market experiences. If you need to regulate something, regulate "robot trading"
It is not your job to tell us what we cant Invest in on the stock exchange! Leveraged ETFs were created to trade! If I want to put my hard earned capital at risk in a leveraged ETF I have the right to! Its my money!
Everybody should have the right to invest in different currency,properties and stocks as well. People should be to choose public investments that are right for you and your family. It shouldn't be just the privileged that have a say. Everybody should have the right to do so.
I oppose regulations that would prohibit my use of leveraged ETFs. Ive used them for many years with great success. I am sure that I can manage my risks in my investments. It is not any riskier than buying individual stocks.
Leveraged and inverse funds help me hedge my personal portfolio. They are an integral part of my investment strategy.
I have been trading stocks for 40 years and do NOT need FINRA telling me what I can and cannot invest in.
