In the current environment of overvalued stocks and bonds across the board, the winning strategy is short everything. You want to take that away, right now, at the top of this massive bubble?
Regulators, the Government, and the FED got us in this mess. Now, the only good option is going short. I understand the risks. And I want you people to stay out of my way.
Addressed to Yvonne Huber & Racquel Russel. Thank you both for requesting comment on Short Interest Position Reporting. I find it hopeful and positive that FINRA has acknowledged a gap in their ability to oversee Short Interest and Fail-To-Deliver Positions. In order to protect American investors (many of whom rely on equity positions ins 401Ks and IRAs to have a hope of retirement) FINRA
As a concerned investor and with regard for the overriding desire for free, fair and open markets, I return the following comments. 1. Consolidation of short interest data publication, centralized on the FINRA website should be made public. 2. Please crack down on those naked shorts, synthetic stocks, and hedge-fund manipulations. Thanks.
Financial regulation primary purpose is to both create a fair marketplace and create a public perception of a fair marketplace. To do this, financial regulation should work to eliminate uncertainty in the exchange process and work to eliminate volatility not due the fundamentals of the company who stock is being traded. Hey there! I humbly and gratefully thank you guys for opening the doors to the public to have a say. I'd like to express my fears regarding short selling and naked shorting and how it affects my family. The stock price of my shares (AMC) often makes no sense, I'm asking FINRA to dig into just what's going on with big short positions, is the price being manipulated, the shorts have
