Dark pools. Why are they here, what are they supposed to be used for. I feel they have been exploited and abused over and over for the benefit of the hedge funds and market makers. They have been used to hide short positions and kick the can down the road in regards to amc and gme.
The whole market is obviously being manipulated blatantly. This is unacceptable stocks like GME, AMC, MMAT and plenty others are being torn down by these manipulations, the media and fake accounts on social media and investment platforms bashing the stocks. Pay attention to this and you'll see it all
Thanks for listening! As a long time holder of AMC, it is the most blatantly obviously manipulated stock ever to be seen. Yet everyone involved is scared to dig deep nervous as to what they may find. All we ask is for a true, fair and transparent market! Thank you!
End Naked Short selling. The market manipulation behind stocks such as $AMC and $GME is so blatant at this point, that the entire world is watching. It is embarrassing as an American citizen to see nothing being done about this. Especially after the 2008 market crash. We have to put an end to this.
End dark pool abuse. Clearly their is active manipulation of GameStop and AMC. Set better standards. Enforce rules. Create fines that are meaningful as compared to a “cost of doing business.” Enforce loss of licenses or fines that are above and beyond the actual revenue made from illegal and manipulated trades.
Report short positions for a company they need to be enforced. Company's are super overleveraged and they are hiding these transactions and masking their short positions/Naked shorts to manipulate the stock market. Retail traders are the backing of these companies Like AMC and GME yet these institutions can do whatever they want behind closed doors.
Transparency is key. It's a free market, but not a fair one. The odds are purposely hidden, stacked against the retail traders and then manipulated. It's time for change. It's also time for margin calls, though in the case of stocks like AMC and GME, this is about more than just money.
I support transparency in short reporting process and accountability. In cases such as the Robinhood stopping trade on AMC have created a distrust for the market and weaken the economy for all. Making data available in a single place will help restore some of the trust lost into the institution and improve confidence in our economy as whole.
Along with getting updated publicly accessible free short interest daily to level the playing field, hedge funds should have to file their short positions in 13Fs #AMC Naked shorting also needs to be identified and stopped and FTD's need to be purchased. Can't have all these "IOU's"
Companies like AMC and GMW are shorted for percentages larger than the float. The price is obviously manipulated and hedgefunds are able to manipulate the price with options. Brokerages collude with hedge funds like in February when retail traders were not allowed to buy GME there by allowing hedge funds to cheat the system.
