I am an AMC stockholder. There are a lot of market hijinks going on right now. I would love for you to investigate all the counterfeit shares and naked shorts that are ruining the natural squeeze of this stock. The market needs to be cleaned up and made fair for all....not just the rich. Thank you for your time.
When is the SEC going to stop this fraudulent trading that millions of us see around the world. This is a global problem with the US stock market and making wallstreet a laughing stock of the US AMC and GME are being fradulent traded in fake shares it’s beyond time to fix this problem with citadel and the others in this mess...

Will someone look into the events that occurred with both $AMC and $GME Thursday, July 8th 2021? The SSR was triggered previous day on July 7th. It's my belief that there was obvious disregard to the SSR rule and was manipulated further, starting at 4:00 AM July 8th. Further transparency. PRISON not FINES.
I think it's amazing that you guys at FINRA .really do know the actual short numbers on AMC ent ..naked shorts by the billions also fake reported intrest% darkpool trading FTDs almost 5months behind etc etc...how about you guys expose the BS And stop being complicit
Isn't naked shorting illegal? Isn't it the SEC and FINRA's job to investigate and enforce? Please do your job. There is a go fund me page soliciting funds to pay for an attorney to investigate GME and AMC naked shorting when taxpayer dollars are already being spent to fund the SEC. Do your job. Everyone is watching.
Restrictions need to be placed on shorts to prevent overleverage ASAP especially to the degree that AMC is right now. If any normal person to out a loan and over leverage it banks would be at our throats to receive their money. Why is it treating any different with short sellers. The act of bankrupting a company without full transparency of all positions should be illegal.
There needs to be regulations and laws put in place to separate market makers from those able to make trades in the market. How is it a free market when retail investors clearly have a disadvantage compared to hedgefunds. People are losing hope in the market, especially because of what you’re allowing to happen with heavily shorted stocks such as AMC and GME.
Why are we not doing anything about the naked shorting happening AMC? seriously is obviously not a priority for any of the top regulating officials and it’s sad. What if it were to happen to you or any of your kids, meaning if somebody was cheating you or your kid out of their hard earned money. Just sucks because this question and comments may not get anywhere.
