Please begin to investigate naked shorting that results in FTD’s and synthetics shares being over traded in AMC & GME stock symbols. Shorts need to cover their margin requirements instead of swapping futures in the derivatives market.
Would like more frequent public reporting of short positions and more detail in public reports. Short sellers get away with too much and its not fair for retail. For example amc, gme, clov.
Citadel is completing multiple dark pool trades to cause market manipulation and short stocks on multiple levels whilst the SEC stands by and lets it happen. On 07/12/21 there were record high dark pool trades for $AMC
Can you please do something about the short/naked shorts going on with AMC Entertainment. I’ve heard Citidel Hedge fund has something to do with it. Please make a change for the hard working people of this country.
We deserved the freedom to use our own brain and mind to pickup the investments we want purchase. The tings your guys planning to do is similar to the scandal Robinhood did during the GME and AMC trade, please stop to do it if you still want to hold credibility for FINRA.
Regarding AMC class A. If retail owns the majority of the float how is this stock being manipulated unless it’s with synthetic shares. How does one even create such a thing. We need transparency in the market. This needs to investigated.
There is clear manipulation within the Market and you guys have a legal obligation to protect everyone's interest. Naked short are against the law and you guys need to enforce the law. We truly just want to see AMC do well.
There has been very blatant manipulation of meme stocks including AMC and GME, which are both heavily shorted. As a retail investor I feel the game is rigged in favor of the hedge funds. Please make data on short positions more transparent.
The hedge funds are not covering any of their shorts on $AMC. It’s horrible that the SEC won’t step in and make them cover. People are losing faith in the stock market and will be horrible for the economy. People won’t want to invest anymore. The SEC needs to make it right.
Would be a nice start to at least give retail investors the illusion of a level playing field even though everyone knows that it never will be. When AMC and GME have their final bounce retail will hold their money and never invest in Wall Street again.
