On January 21, 2025, certain TRACE Corporate and Agency and TRACE Treasury trades were incorrectly marked late in specific scenarios.FINRA will perform a data fix to remove the incorrect late flag from affected transactions. ADDS trade journals will be republished with corrected data and TRACE billing and report cards will incorporate the corrected data.
FINRA has observed that some TRACE Corporate and Agency and TRACE Treasury trades reported for execution dates of November 28 and November 29, 2024 have been misrepresented as being late. FINRA is investigating the cause and will update affected clients as more details are known.
FINRA has been made aware of an issue with clients reporting ORF cross trades via FIX. FINRA is aware of the issue and will institute a solution starting Tuesday, January 24, 2023. Cross trades entered via TRAQS are unaffected by this issue.

Beginning May 15, 2023, as described in Regulatory Notice 22-12, members must report transactions in TRACE Corporate securities which are part of a portfolio trade with an appropriate modifier. The Sale Condition 4 modifier, available via the TRAQS secure web browser and the TRACE FIX protocol (Tag 22004), will be available for this designation.
