We do not need or want more regulation by the govt. Enough already! America achieved the most when the govt. was hands off. The less regulation the better.
Investors should be allowed access to leveraged and inverse products. I've been extremely successful with them and find them a better choice than using options.

This regulation is akin to literacy tests imposed to keep former slaves from exercising their god given rights. By imposing these regulations you are no better than the bigots of the past.
This proposal is an egregious regulatory overstep on the part of FINRA.
a) This is antithetical to American values of freedom and equality. Letting some access these products while presumptuously assuming that those without multi-millions don't have the knowledge or sophistication to use these products is incorrect and frankly and embarrassing stance for FINRA to take.

I feel I have just as much right to freely invest as some who is rich. this should not be taken away from me or anyone else who is trying to better themselves.
This will lock people out of being able to make a better future for themselves and achieving the American Dream, this will substantially hurt the economy and make getting ahead even more difficult
