I oppose restrictions to my right to invest.
I understand cryptocurrency funds are new and should be regulated for an even playing field to all investors. If interested, we can find that information of crypto investment on our own. We should not be tested for a specialized investment knowledge test. Almost all other investments are available to whomever wants to invest their money without a test
Comments: Funds of this nature do not act in a predatorial fashion. Clients are provided materials to educate themselves of the risk associated with them. It is of my opinion a restriction is not warranted, investors should have the ability to use them as fit for there investment objective.
I shouldn't have to pass some kind of test to invest in inverse funds. I am educated and capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds, their risks, and their ability to hedge my investments when used as a part of my overall portfolio strategy.
I originally used these leveraged funds in several of my watch list portfolios where they outperformed the portfolios without applying
Comments: I think that L&I funds should still be readily available to retail customers without restrictions. I have done my own due diligence, as I think all investors should, in regards to understanding the products and if they are suitable for me. I understand throughly that leveraged products are not meant to be utilized for a long term investment due to the negative drag built
Individual investors NEED access to ETFs, and taking access away is against American principles of a free market. ANY investment carries a risk, and by eliminating access to ETFs you are not eliminating risk, you're simply transfering risk to another asset group or to another institution/agent which, by all accounts, is NOT a better solution for the average investor.

I strongly oppose restrictions to my right to invest. I have decided what kind of risk I want to take on, and based on that I have chosen certain investments. I should have the freedom to choose my own investments. Keep your hands off of MY money. It's my future, not yours. Don't take away my rights!
Please dont limit our freedom to invest our money in our own way.
Comments: I do not need to be protected from myself. I invest only in what Ive spent the time to understand. This change is absolutely unnecessary and likely even detrimental to others in the future.
I oppose any restrictions by FINRA or any other regulatory bodies on my right to invest in publicly available investments such as leveraged and inverse funds. You couch your actions as protecting individual investors. We do not need your paternalistic [REDACTED]. Take it elsewhere. There should not be any special process, including passing a test or net worth test, or any of that crap to invest
