I invest in funds like these and am opposed to restricting them. I think investing is a good way to secure one future. Yet it is easier to throw your money away gambling than to invest. For this reason I am totally against this regulation.
Its important to continue to allow innovative financial solutions like leveraged assets. I feel this type of asset is of lesser risk than many other asset options. Ie individual low quality stocks, SPACs and options contracts.
Freedom of the markets should not be taken. Please dont do this.
FINRA, Please do not consider further regulations. I have a much broader knowledge of my investment goals than government regulators. Many of these investments are crucial to my overall investment strategy. Thank you, but I believe I am much more capable than regulators who may never have invested in these asset classes. I've been trading with leveraged and inversed etfs over years. FINRA should not regulate investor's right to choose leveraged or inversed as tools to build their wealth.

I not regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.

The leveraged ETF's are a way for the little guy to make money. One of the big advantages that Wall St. has over the little guy is a plethora of capital at their disposal.
