I am all AGAINST this regulation. All investments are risky but people should have the right and freedom to choose what kind of investment is best for them.
I don't think investors should be limited by regulators on whether to choose leveraged or inverse funds. They are many market conditions that allow the investor to use this as a tool in her arsenal. Retail investors need every arrow in their quiver to combat adverse markets.
Leveraged funds can be used safely and is part of my thought out investment strategy. I oppose any form of restrictions.
Regulators need to allow individual investors the ability to purchase leveraged securities as it is usually tagged to an actual index of securities. Focus on regulating crypto which is the largest risk to individual investors as it is backed by air, dreams, and greed and especially dangerous now that they are allowed in retirement accounts.
Please keep our freedom to trade.

I am competent to decide whether leveraged or inverted instruments are appropriate investments for my portfolio, and do not want to be required to pass a test or observe a cooling off period. The current restrictions and guidelines in place for these investment vehicles are adequate, and more limitations to individual Liberty would be serious over reach by FINRA.
We the United States Citizens don't need someone to control our way of spending or dictating what or when we can do it .This is totally wrong and goes against our rights ,also the Constitution. You should be ashamed of even collaborating such a scheme.

This is radical and unprecedented threat by regulators and could affect my right to buy dozens of popular public investments, including leveraged and inverse funds.

I oppose restrictions on my rights to invest. And I should not have to pass a test just simplify the information for everyone to make better choices for investment
