Thank you for your concern (FINRA) but please allow grown adults to make and lose money without Over Protecting us. They have Prespectuses which are routinely sent to investors. If we do not read them it is our own fault. Warning labels are attached all tthe various medications that we purchase. If we do not read and heed those warnings it is our own fault. I know what products to invest in. Please do not impose these requirements and restrictions in the market.
Stop trying to "protect" retail investors from themselves. We don't need your protection. We make our own decisions. You are just making the playing field uneven. I am fully educated in the risks of my own actions and spend many hours researching, running simulations and learning and I am satisfied with my own risk tolerances.

This is business in America. If you regulate trading in inverse and leveraged investment vehicles, you also need to regulate the buying of all stocks. Especially in times of bubbles which has been created by our monetary decision makers! Business does NOT only increase in value, it also goes down and if I wish, I believe a person should also be able to profit from poorly run businesses and also
I definitely oppose the restrictions to my right to invest within security exchange commission limits.
