I strongly and vehemently oppose any restrictions on my ability to trade freely. This is a blatant attempt to segregate investors based on a shaky litmus test to intentionally squash investors based on an elitist agenda to stifle the ability of the public to trade as they see fit and to make their own judgements based on personal risk tolerances and long term investments objectives. No robbery of our asset! It is everybody rights to buy tqqq!
If an investment product is available on the public market, anyone should be able to buy it. There are risks and rewards and they are the responsibility of the investor. Hello, I have been buying crypto currency and crypto funds since early 2021. I am unhappy that till date SEC has not made decision on what rules should apply to crypto.
