I love investing with leveraged funds. That must not be taken away from me.
Please let the investors make their own decisions in witch investment products they want to invest. More regulation will only lead to higher fees and limited choices. Thank you.
Dear FINRA, I am writing you to express my desire that I retain my ability to trade leveraged ETFs. Leveraged and inverse funds are important to me, and they allow me to seek enhanced returns. I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their performance characteristics, and I don't want a third party evaluating my capability to do so and potentially prevent me from
Stop the regulatory overreach! This proposal will prevent private investors from making informed decisions about how they want to spend their own money. Your ludicrous, vague and just plain stupid proposal will hurt me from selling investments I have already made! Just STOP IT.
