This rule is absolutely horrible and continues to kneecap the small investor, and rig the market in favor of the wealthy. This must not pass.
I, not regulators, should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.

These products can be very risky, and all investing has inherent risk, it depends on the person's financial situation and risk appetite. There is absolutely no reason why leveraged and inverse investment funds should be removed from any individuals investment strategies.
