I oppose FINRA Regulatory Notice #22-08 because as a sophisticated investor, I don't need any regulator providing me any protection. Rather, the regulator will inhibit my freedom of choice.
Please allow investors to buy these.
I and other members of the investing public are perfectly capable of reading and deciding what to read regarding our investment choices. There is no need for regulators to discriminate against and take opportunities away from lower net worth individuals in an effort to ensure that we read information we are fully capable of accessing.

Let me invest my money the way I deem fit. You are responsible for keeping me down and in the rat race by keeping me out of investments that can change my life. If you are so concerned about these types of investments then make gambling illegal.
I hold positions in many of these at-risk funds in my portfolio. I find many of them to be useful for reducing my overall risk by spreading my investments across different asset classes and reducing the overall volatility of my portfolio. I would be opposed to limitations on leveraged and inverse funds for investors. I use these for a small portion of my portfolio to increase returns and limit risks. As long as investors are given a suitable disclosure this should be enough.
Let people invest freely at their own risk, not just the wealthy.
Voya is regulating what I can invest in with my 401k and charging me money if I invest in something they don't approve of!
