Please do not limit/restrict my and other investors' access to L&I Funds or disqualify us from trading L&I Funds or other "complex products".
I do have a strong understanding of the characteristics and risks of L&I Funds, and that understand that their purpose is for short-term active trading, and that they should be monitored
I have been active investor for over 20 years and have successfully managed my SEP IRA and investment accounts during that time. I should not be required to take any tests to invest in any stocks including leveraged and inverse funds. Don't take away our investing rights!! I can make my own decisions. I don't need government telling me what I can and can't invest in. That's an insult to my investing intelligence. I know when something is risky. I use leveraged and inverse funds as a part of my investment strategy and I use them sparingly and wisely. Let me decide!
I know the risks of leveraged and inverse funds. I use them to enhance my portfolio. I'm an educate person, and do not need someone telling me what I can or can't do with my investments. I don't need to take a test.

this is highly illegal and unconstitutional. if you take away the rights of the citizens due to personal opinions i believe that is grounds for a lawsuit and deemed wrong. i will not be okay with this decision.
I'm writing to register my alarm that FINRA is considering restricting leveraged/inverse funds to only certain investors. This is wrong on many counts, as well as requiring classes or passing tests, which amount to hurdles for the public. Many people, self included, use these kinds of investments to increase returns knowing full well they involve extra risks. I believe we're on the cusp
