I can make up my own mind on what I want to invest in. I don't need anyone's "protection". Thank you for you attention.

The descriptions of the products should be simplified & clearly specific. The issuers/brokers should be held strictly accountable for deviation from stated goal.
There should be strict limits on fees which diminish or go to 0 at certain at certain loss levels.
The underwriters, sponsors, managers, dealers etc., should be required to own certain percentages of the product.
I am an adult with the ability to make my own financial decisions. I don't want any interference from regulators in these decisions. Please stay out of this matter. Thank you.
Leave that for investors to decide. I have done 500+ option trades and paying Short term Gains Tax. I keep educating myself by attending webinars and on line courses by OCC etc.
Dear FINRA, I believe leveraged & inverse funds should be available to everyone not just the rich. I understand the risks of these investments so I invest accordingly. Please don't take this option away from any investor.
- I am just a regular investor, I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.
- I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. I invested in options years ago. I understand
I oppose limitations on my ability to buy the the leveraged and inverse funds offered by ProShares
These leveraged investments are a very important tool in my investment handbag. I use such investments very infrequently, when I feel it is appropriate. I know the risks, and only invest with leverage when it is appropriate. In my opinion, it is a much preferred tool than margin buying. Please do not prevent me from using these investments. I do not need FINRA's help in this matter. Thank
