I oppose any efforts to restrict investors right to purchase public investments.
Locking investors out of common investment products based on factors such as net worth imposes undue burden on investors and does little to provide protection for inexperienced investors. Those same people that are supposed to be protected by this can easily treat the market as a casino in a myriad of waysor just go to Vegas. Trying to restrict a broad section of the public is not the answer.

It poses a severe threat towards market fairness. It's like locking people in home because of Flu.
