Don't let FINRA regulates member brokerage firms and exchange markets. operating under the direction of the SEC is a mistake. Both are stupid. Let the exchanges run their own operation. Get lost FINRA and SEC.
I oppose restrictions on my ability to invest in leveraged and inverse funds. I'm an adult with an ability to think and understand both potential risks and rewards. A person's understanding is not correlated with his net worth. Continue to allow me the benefit to make money with a variety of financial instruments in a variety of market dynamics.
I oppose any regulation that restricts my right to invest in funds or ETFs of my choosing. In particular, any regulation that restricts the ability to purchase leveraged or inverse funds, provided the funds themselves are regulated by the SEC and full and complete information is available on them such that I'm able to make an informed decision.
I request FINRA officials to reconsider restrictions on ability to invest in leveraged products. I understand the complexity and risk involved.
I strongly believe investors have the right to freely access the entirety of the public securities markets without arbitrary restrictions. Thank you Rick Shields

I have been successfully investing in equity markets for decades now and leveraged funds have played a crucial role in that.
