I believe all individuals willing to invest in publicly traded assets should have complete freedom to invest in whatever investment they deem appropriate for themselves. Especially in a day and age when there is already so much public disclosure and free financial education, one should be able to invest in any public asset he or she believes fits them and their risk profile. I am responsible for my financial decisions and regulators are only responsible for creating a level playing field. A special process is not necessary and onerous for anyone to invest in public securities and it is not the regulators responsibility or charter to protect citizens from making decisions that are the individuals to make. Hedging is critical to my investment strategy especially with
I'm a retail investor. Please don't make it harder for retail investors to define their own strategy. If that strategy includes leveraged ETFs, as it does for me, we're capable of evaluating that risk for ourselves.
Do not limit my ability to gain access to advanced financial instruments just because I am an individual. Just because I am not a big brokerage or rich millionaire doesn't mean I'm not smart enough to hold a leveraged fund. In all likelihood, I am more educated than you are. Public investments should certainly be available to all of the public, not just the financially privileged. I also shouldn't have to go through any special process or test to invest in public

Since they pose risks outside a normal stock or mutual fund maybe a person should have to read and sign a Letter of Understanding before investing. I invest in TQQQ and I can see sharp gains and steep drops in my account. So I know the
Every investor shouldn't have to go through any special process before you can invest in public securities like leveraged and inverse funds. As an investor, we are capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their associated risks. Regulators do not need to impose additional measure on the investing public and should not be available to just the privileged.
we the people have rights to more then you , stop trying to steap on them ,
