Dear FINRA regulators,
I respectfully and strongly oppose further restrictions on my right to invest. Public securities should be something anyone in the public trading space should have free access to, regardless of income, occupation, net worth, or privilege. This includes leveraged and inverse funds, things I often use to hedge or trade in a tactical manner in my own portfolio. My volatility
Please let leveraged etfs stay. Before we buy them we are offered a warning and we choose to take any risks. Any stocks can have risks. This is no different then people any other stock. Let people be and we can all prosper. Thank you
When used properly, leveraged ETFs allow individual investors to increase personal wealth. The SEC has real issues to confront in American boardrooms, which they have ignored for the entirety of their existence. Please go do some real work for a change.
USA is a free market economy with the freedom to spend/invest my hard earned by my choice.
Regulators, kindly do not restrict public investment thats available to all public and not just to certain privileges fund holders.
Me and my family prosperity depends on such tactical investment strategies. Thank you
The interfering in the right of private individuals to choose personal investment strategies is absolutely insane and communistic in principal. There is no way individuals should need a body of extraordinary unrelated persons to over manage how a person or family applies it's funds. I earned the money by my education and by hard work and I take the risk and the profits. It is no one else
I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for you and your family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.
I use inverse funds to hedge gains in other investments. I understand leveraged and inverse funds and know the risks involved. My portfolio is up 8% already this year, whereas the S&P is down ~14% since the beginning of 2022.
I oppose any restrictions or limitations on my right to invest in publicly available investments. I don't need to pass any test to be able to invest
Ridiculous - how much more of individual rights and own choices can keep being taken away from us
Please leave leveraged products as is, they are a good tool to get double or triple exposure to the market without using margin. Leveraged products are not more risky than individual stocks. Where does this stop, are we going to limit margin or stocks?
