I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Leveraged and inverse funds are important to our investment strategies. Leveraged etfs will run well with enhanced return if the trend is up whereas inverse ETFs help to protect our investments during market correction and downtrend. Hence, public investments, especially hedging, should be available to all of
I regularly maintain positions in 2x leveled ets for the purpose of hedging and to maximize my upside without the use of margin debt or options with expiration dates. Products like SSO and QLD allow me to be patient, as well as invest less cash to achieve the same or similar performance as spy and qqq; each of which require putting up double the cash at risk.

I do not believe an investor should have to go through any special process such as passing a competency test before one can invest in public securities such as leveraged or inverse funds. As with any investment, one is PERSONALLY responsible for understanding the goals and objectives by which the fund operates and the inherent risks in
I invest in leveraged funds, and I am completely against this proposal. Specifically, I combine the leveraged funds with the non-leveraged versions of the same targeted index to achieve my desired level of leverage. Investing should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. Regulators SHOULD NOT choose what investments are right for me. These regulations take away my rights as an investor.
Please do not further regulate the leveraged asset classes. They are apart of my diversified portfolio and I accept the risks associated with ownership.
This proposed change to regulations is completely unacceptable. I should have the freedom to invest in leverage or inverse trades without additional restrictions.
Do not regulate my contributions
Please stop this. This is not rational and not healthy for the financial market.
Stop over reaching and over regulating. Do your job and regulate bad financial advisors, not over regulate investors.
