Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.

I am a fully informed investor & 20+ year Investment Advisor who should be able to invest in levered & inverse funds any time. Ive been given the Prospectus before each trade. I know how they work. Dont take away my right to own them. That would be a huge government overreach & not a good use of taxpayer dollars.
People should be free to invest their money how they see fit. Implementations barriers that only allow wealthy to invest is going to shut doors for people to invest rather than open them. Regulation should simply being acknowledging the risk of the investment nothing more

I have investments in these products and abrupt changes to this will make me loose money. Also, ETF helps retail investors gain same advantage bigger investors enjoy.
Please dont over regulate leveraged ETFs. They are an important part of my portfolio and strategy, and help me execute sophisticated strategies that are normally only afforded to the rich institutions and individuals.
