I have enough funds and I didnt need to sell equities for next foreseeable future.
Don't take away my ability to trade in leveraged long/short products. To have regulators restrict my choice in investment products is absolutely wrong and would ultimately degrade my ability to manage my investments. Inverse funds are critically important in providing PROTECTION. It permits me to offset my long positions when markets decline. By using the inverse leveraged funds I can avoid
FINRA cannot guarantee my returns, so please do not limit my investment choices.
I have invested in leveraged fund for years and I do not want more regulators.
Leveraged and inverse funds allow me to offset inflation. It is my choice to be able to make decisions to improve and support my investment strategies. In fact, Regulators cause the need for these types of investments.
Please don't restrict buying/selling leveraged funds. Restrictions provide an unfair advantage to the privileged. Leveraged funds are a valuable option for a small portion of my assets. Absolutely don't force anyone to sell leveraged funds they already own as this could case extreme negative consequences.

It is none of your business whether I have educated myself in safe or responsible investing. What you should be policing is fraud and misleading investment information.

I oppose Restrictions to my Right to invest.
I, not regulators should be able to choose the public
investments that are right for you and your family.
I shouldn't have to go through any special process, to invest in leveraged and inverse Funds.
Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my
investment strategies.
