Please do not make this change. It will hurt people like me in creating and saving for our our future.
Regulations on investments only allow the already rich to gain wealth. NOT protect the everyday person. I and many people will look into leaving the country for nations who value individual accountability, choice, and financial freedom.
I use inverse bond funds as a speculative tool to profit from a rise in interest rates just like someone who would sell bond futures short. Trading bond futures is more leveraged and riskier than what I am doing so why would you limit what I am doing but not restrict bond futures trading as well. There is no logic to that. I am asking you to NOT take my right to buy and hold inverse and leveraged
Do not limit my ability to invest in leveraged and inverse funds. Doing so will only further rig the system in the hedge fund and large firm favor.
I oppose these limitations on my investments.
We need more choices not less. I will ask my elected representatives to block this rule.
Investments that I've personally picked have been better performing than those of financial advisors. I have an MBA in Finance and am educated enough to make my own financial decisions.
I dont understand the need for this regulation.
I understand the risk of EVERY investment I make, whether it be real estate, art, stocks, ETFs, etc. Furthermore, I understand leveraged risk, and I gladly risk what I can afford to lose. I dont know why FINRA feels the need to impose restrictions on such public securities. Baffles me.

I want to make it clear that I am against you deciding what I can invest in and what I cannot. I understand you are considering stopping me from investing in leveraged funds. I understand some people may not understand how these funds work, but I know both the risk and opportunity, and those risks are made clear by the fund owners and by Fidelity through whom I invest in
We would like levered ETFs to remain for retail investors. We understand the risks and can hedge these with cash, government credit, etc. These ETFs enable us opportunities for equitable wealth generation that makes Americans and America stronger. Please keep current ETF line up. Thank you
