Not regulators-I should be able to choose the public investment that are right for me and mine family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. I do not have to go thru any special process like passing an exam before I can buy public securities. I am capable of understanding mine investments and their risks. I do not need terrible mesures, imposed on
Investors should be able to freely buy leveraged and inverse funds. The fund descriptions and risks are clearly spelled out by ProShares and other companies as well as the online brokerages that have warnings when attempting to buy these shares.
I should be able to decide where to invest my hard earned money. The stock is owned by stockholders - not the government. Regulation will just keep those who have lots of money and big business in control of the market while keeping the larger public out of being able to invest where we want to. I already have no income from the company I retired from (not like the good old days) and I use my

This is unfair and uncalled for to put certain restrictions on this type of investment in our free markets! Please DO NOT restrict our markets and require individuals to prove anything, or be of some certain elite status. This is just absurd.

I oppose restrictions to my right to invest. Let the average investor have access to the same investment products as the "Accredited Investor" does. That would be freedom. Disallowing it is tyranny.
There should be no restrictions.
I don't need a government agency to protect me from myself.
Thank you very much.
Restricting access to capital markets is a form of modern day redlining. Honestly, given the low capital base from which I start, I would not stand a chance of building an investment portfolio of any size without the use of leverage or derivatives.
I oppose restrictions on my right to invest in public investments. It is my money and I can do with it as I choose!! You CANNOT restrict this!!
