Restricting my financial actions will harm my life.
I'm totally opposed to limitations on my ability to invest in the funds. There should most definitely not be any restrictions on investing. This is an outrage.
Ive been leveraged and inverse funds such as TQQQ and SQQQ for many years. I am aware the risk associated with these funds. They are volatile but manageable. Some individual stocks are even more volatile than these funds.

I, NOT regulators, must retain the right to purchase/sell any and all public investments like ProShares. Public investments are and should remain available to everyone, not the privileged few. I consider leveraged and inverse funds important to an investment strategy and the associated risks.

I oppose to the new regulations as I have a right to invest whatever that could help managing my fund.
Investors should not face additional regulation for any securities or leveraged securities. I have had tremendous success with owning leveraged securities of many types. All investments are currently purchased at our own risk and we dont need any test or further regulations to do so.
I greatly oppose any restrictions to my right to invest in leveraged and inverse funds or stock options.
