I dont think we should be limited on what inverse shares we can buy.
I strongly oppose the proposed restrictions in trading leveraged securities. As part of my portfolio, I want to buy/sell these securities from time to time and don't want to see regulations complicate my ability to do so.
I am very disappointed with the proposal to restrict my ability to buy leveraged and inversed fund. I am perfectly capable of educating myself about those instruments and I don't need to pass any special test. These instruments provide important hedging protection during times of market volatility for investors. As most have wealth locked in the retirment accoutns, access to these in retirement account is critical.
Please do not limit my access to these funds. I perfectly well know what I am doing and do not need the additional administrative burden of complying with whatever "tests" are created.

Leveraged security and option instruments are important components of both my short and long term investment plans. Over-regulating these financial instruments could potentially cause great financial harm and substantially reduce future returns.
