It needs to be in investor's right to buy/sell freely on the open market without regulatory interference. I have invested in inverse stocks for years, and these trades should not be regulated in the name of protecting investors.

The leveraged funds are the great funds for normal (not advanced) retail investors to use the advanced financial tools without the use of option and future which can risk most of retail investors.
I am really excited to have the leveraged funds in a free form. This is essential for my long-term investment portfolio.
I only use leveraged and inverse funds sparingly and understand how they fit in my portfolio. I do not think you need to regulate these types of funds.
