Investors, not regulators, should be able to choose the public investments that are right for the inventors and family. Public investment should be available to all of the public.
Leveraged and inverse funds play an important role in my investment strategies. They serve a purpose, for example, to provide enhanced returns by taking a calculated risk bound by a limited part of my overall portfolio
I oppose the proposed additional regulations for investing in leveraged and/or inverse funds. I am fully capable of understanding the risks involved and currently use some of these investments to hedge my long positions during the recent and ongoing market downturn.
In fact, without such investment vehicles being available, my financial position would be much more deteriorated than it is

Investors should be able to decide and choose what investment is suitable for them. We understand the caution may be needed about leverage and inverse funds but it should not be prohibited.
I have learned that you are considering limiting investors ability to buy leveraged and inverse funds. I have had terrific successes with these types of funds and in fact the bulk of my trades are using this as part of my investment strategy.
Please reconsider, and leave these securities as-is so that we can buy and sell as we should be allowed to do in a free market economy. All the risks
As a Financial Advisor, we have a small portion of our practice that uses leveraged and inverse ETFs in our clients accounts. We fully understand the risks involved. We employ multiple analytics in our decision making process, and use an active trading system in an attempt to mitigate the risks. The long-term results can be quite substantial for our clients. We feel it would not be in our clients
I strongly oppose any new limitations on my ability to buy Funds (ETF's) including leveraged and inverse funds.
We deserve the right to continue trading leveraged ETFs. Please do not take this position away from investors.
Dear FINRA Regulators, In regards to Regulatory Notice #22-08, as an individual investor, who has used leveraged and inverse ETFs extensively, I oppose proposed restrictions to my ability to invest in these products as I see fit.
