I reject the proposed changes to existing rules for retail investors to invest in leverages and inverse funds. I would hope that the purpose of the rules and regulations you apply are to protect individuals and ensure fairness in the markets. Restricting the access of the masses to markets makes them less fair.
My experience as a small retail investor with multiple brokerages and their trading

Leveraged ETFs provide a convenient way for investors to have expanded exposure to an asset with less capital upfront. I understand the expanded risks of these instruments including volatility decay, but I feel that they suit my investment objectives of gaining expanded exposure to a diversified underlying index such as the S&P 500. I have done the math and assessed the risks, and I
I strongly oppose restrictions to my right to invest in any public investment, especially the leveraged index funds, that are particularly right and most suitable for me.

Leveraged funds are important to my investment strategies, and I fully understand leveraged funds and their risks. In
