As a registered FINRA member, I am unable to have brokerage accounts anywhere other than my place of work, which doesnt allow crypto trading. This is my only options to be in this market.
This restriction would be outrageous! Don't do this.
I strongly subject to regulators determining how and where I should be allowed to invest my own money. I have 4 college degrees, 2 bachelor degrees 2 masters degrees including an MBA. I run $100 million multi state company managing an endowment in excess of $50 million. It doesnt seem necessary or appropriate for regulators to make a blanket determination that personal investors should be
Leveraged EFTs are an important part to my portfolio. With them I am able to carefully gain exposure to the market at a reduced portion of my total invested capital. They make it possible to make use of leverage without going into debt. This is a great product that while risky is far less risky than an individual going into debt to achieve the same effect.
Enough of this Nanny State regulation! Anyone investing in inverse and and leveraged funds knows they risk losing money the same as there is a risk with most investments. I believe individual investors should be able to invest in leveraged and inverse funds. While not for everyone, the investor should be able to decide for themself and their family situation. I have used leveraged and inverse funds to great effect in my own investing. While they have not always worked out as I had hoped/expected, neither has any other type of investment.
Leveraged and inverse
The Top 1% is like a private club, and this "club" continues to find new ways to shut out the "little guy" because you don't want us getting in the way of you gobbling up all the wealth. Public investments should be available to everyone, not just the privileged. So when you start paying your share of taxes, then we can talk -- but until then, SHAME ON YOU!!
