I only have one issue. If it's 'PUBLIC' stock then I should be able to buy - isn't that what public is? That's all: PUBLIC = PUBLIC // PUBLIC = PRIVATE- make up your mind regulatory - thx for reading.
I OPPOSE RESTRICTIONS TO MY RIGHT TO INVEST.
As individual investors, we have complete freedom to select and invest in any commodity, not just stocks, but also leverage, options, and futures. This regulation will be in violation of the free market system.
Leveraged and inverse funds are in my portfolio and I want to continue to invest in this vehicle.
It is no different than stock trading.
Government interference is unnecessary.
No special tests are necessary.
Please dont change it. Would be unfair.
Thank you.
This is a terrible idea. I have nearly given up investing in individual stocks due to unpredictable returns.
I now use ETFs almost exclusively. This can and often does include both leveraged and short side ETFs.
I have been investing leveraged etf for 12 years and I love them . As long as investors understand the risk involved there should not be any limitations . Almost every stock on the pink exchange is risker than leveraged etf
I am opposed to the limitations of my investments, I consider that I am a responsible person and that I know what I am doing and I see it as unacceptable that my right to trade with any value of the public stock markets be limited
Thanks in advance
There needs to be hourly reporting of short positions and it must be monitorized. The manipulation of rerouting over 50% of trades daily of AMC through dark pools to benefit Hedge Funds positions is not a free market. I have watched blatant manipulation through AMC and GME. I am a professional business woman who has done lengthy research into FTD’s, Synthetic Shares and how there are possibly 29B
Comments: Leveraged and inverse ETFs allow small investors the ability to invest in a variety of Stocks we don't have the resources to invest in otherwise.
Please don't handicap small investors any more than they already are
I strongly oppose any changes to regulation as it relates to leveraged products. They offer a funding mechanism for people who cant save. For an aggressive investor, they are much safer that concentrating assets in one stock, with similar volatility and results.
Hi
I am Invester from India investing in US stocks. Leveraged ETFs helps in hedging purpose against portfolio losses during market volatility. Therefore access to these products will be very helpful for retail investers.
