With the world economy in the state it's in, it's imperative that investors have the right to invest where and when they so choose, without any regulations. I've been investing in leveraged and inverse funds for year, and fully understand all risks and rewards associated with them. Leveraged and inverse funds have helped me meet my retirement goals with their enhanced
Please stop with the limitations on my investments. Every change has its consequences and negative effects. Thank you.
FINRA is violating their role in protecting the public by grossly overstepping their boundaries by unilaterally deciding what type of investments are deemed appropriate. There is absolutely nothing wrong with investments like leveraged product. As long as the proper disclosures of risk are disclosed, these type of investments are no more riskier than equity options and other investments.
Instead of denying my right to own leverage etfs in the name of the public good. Why not investigate the Ark Fund by Cathy Wood. Her investors are getting hammered. The fact that any investment could be blocked by the average citizen makes it seem like you're trying to keep it all to yourself, the rich and privileged, and don't want the average citizen the ability to make money like you do.
Do not block our ability to invest in ANY WAY. This is crooked
It needs to be in investor's right to buy/sell freely on the open market without regulatory interference. I have invested in inverse stocks for years, and these trades should not be regulated in the name of protecting investors.
This is gross overreach.
I oppose restrictions to my ability to invest how I seem fit.
