I use leveraged and inverse funds sometimes to hedge or balance positions or respond to geopolitical changes: it is difficult enough to profit in the market without more unnecessary regulatory hurdles I have not encountered any of these ETFs that were especially opaque, hard to understand, or misleading: these products' labels do not need to be any clearer than they already are, nor
I honestly don't understand why regulators should be the ones to choose what the right investments are for me? Who are these regulators and what do they know about my needs? There is already too much oversight and regulation in our day-to-day lives without adding to it.
I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for myself. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.
Our investments are not owned by the regulators so DO NOT implement any laws to threaten or decrease our hard earned profits.
I strongly feel against such limitations on investments. It should be an individuals discretion on how much they want to invest.
I completely oppose creating two classes of citizens: those who are allowed and those who arent. The government shouldnt be allowed to decide if I am allowed to invest in a fund simply because it doesnt like it.

Your recent notice, FINRA Regulatory Notice #22-08, seems very problematic for everyday investors. Leveraged and/or Inverse funds serve very important functions for retail public investors. Most of the time, they provide the only way for a retail investor to cost effectively hedge a position or a certain exposure. For example, earlier this year my wife and I were waiting
This is an absurd overreach. Leverage is a crucial part of optimal investing strategies and I find that leveraged funds are the best way for me to access it without paying usurious margin loan rates and/or exposing myself to a potential margin call.
No government entity should ever restrict their citizens, unless criminal. Otherwise it's just bureaucracy grows and corruption possibilities.
