During the history of US stock market, people with little to no money to invest have been able to invest in the stock market and lift themselves out of poverty. I do believe investors should be educated in plain English about their stock in Bitcoins. I believe that a certain amount of regulation is needed to prevent the problems that unregulated derivatives caused in the housing market. Today
The money is mine. I earned it and spent time finding an advisor to help me invest it according to my needs. No one else knows my needs well enough or cares enough to tske control of my money.
No to regulations.
No such regulations are needed.
Leveraged ETFS can be an effective part of a well thought out strategy. Investors who choose to invest in them know the risks and rewards.
This regulation is unfair. Please do not pass it.
I run a Signal Plan that requires the use of leveraged funds (MVV, TQQQ). On a quarterly basis I evaluate whether to buy more or less shares of these funds. I do not need a government agency decidingwhether I can or can not do this. I am a big boy and can make my own decisions.
Thank you.
It's a great opportunity for individual investors to inevet their capital in leverage ETF to againt inflation. The regulator should not take this civil right away. It should treat same way for future/commodity market and ETF market. Everyone should be able to acess these two markets in same way.
Please dont limit the fund options available to workers who lack a defined benefit retirement plan to self-fund our retirement through inverse or leveraged investments held in defined contribution retirement plans. I oppose potential regulation of complex investment held in tax-deferred qualified retirement accounts. Thank you.
We need to be free to invest in any way we want. Stop trying to take our freedoms away!
I oppose any and all restrictions to my right to invest in leveraged and inverse funds, or any other public investment products available through the markets.
I am in the best position to assess investment risk/reward for my portfolio and insist to retain the unmitigated right and responsibility to select any investments, including leveraged and inverse funds, I deem appropriate for my portfolio
