Beginning Friday, September 29, 2023, an enhancement to the client certificate request process will be introduced, and FINRA API clients will have additional encryption options during their recertification process. Clients will still be able to retain the client certificate size of 1024 bit, but will now be given choices to increase this size upon a certificate renewal.

To me, those funds are invaluable in allowing me sometimes invest in a diversified index simulating single stock performance but without single stock risk, especially during earnings season where price gap downs can occur. all I trade is leveraged and inverse funds, i'm the little guy stop telling me how to use my money. Please don't force me to have to go to swing trading crypto.
I totally disagree with the proposed steps to limit trading of inverse and leveraged ETFs. It would be reasonable to make the broker warn you about the risks the first time such an investment is made, but not to restrict or delay a trade.
