The hedge funds are able to do whatever they want and don't get punished for their actions. It can be difficult to recover assets lost to fraud or other scenarios in which an investor has experienced a problem with an investment. But there are legitimate ways to attempt recovery. In most cases you can do so on your own—at little or no cost.
Our country is founded on Freedom guarunteed in the constitution. Any actions by Government outside groups to limit our Freedom of choice or centralize control, represent a degredation of our Freedom. Investing in a free market is a key element of citizen right to freely earn through investments and is no business of the FINRA. I suspect the potential rule is being pushed to protect investors
I would like to submit my opposition to the actions to restrict access to certain funds that are deemed "complex". The funds are the small investors only ability to hedge their accounts against certain market risks. Without them we are left exposed to unnecessary risks. It's a bad idea to restrict investment opportunities. The reality is that these types of funds may
