I am a senior tax specialist and this sounds to me like just another way for the already wealthy to place obstacles in the way of those trying to create wealth of there own
I want to make my own decisions of what & where I choose! I demand that my government keep you slimy hands off our freedom!!!

including cryptocurrency funds such as BITO. I believe that I am capable of understanding cryptocurrency funds such as BITO and their risks.. I do not want or need
these measures imposed on me.

I am against this regulation, as it will waste taxpayers' money on restricting free trade, which is all Wall Street is about.

I understand that you are considering legislation that will further restrict investors from investing in a broad range of public securities designated as complex products. We already receive prospectuses which spell out risks. What is your reasoning for adding more restrictions? As a small investor I want the right to invest in any publicly traded stock or ETF of my choosing. We do not need more
I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for ME and my family.
Public investments should be available to all of the public and not just the privileged.

They already take a third of my paycheck in taxes. Now they want to control the other 2/3rd's!!!!
Return to the US Constitution and make money private again instead of the central bank controlled fiat fraud.
