It is important to allow the free market to stay free. Restricting retail investment simply make them view the market as rigged and they well In the long run stop investing all together.
Leveraged and inverse funds or ETF are useful investment instrument for investors to manage and protect their investment. Equivalent to options, their work well and should be continue to be available on the market. Do not mess with them please.
As an investor i understand risk and rewards associated with 3xleverege ETF as well inverse 3xleverege ETF .And I am totally against and rule imposed on small investor which will discourage investing.
There are many individual stocks which have been and continue to be more volatile then leveraged stocks.Are you going to regulate them as well. leveraged stocks are safer than borrowing on margin. That is a fact.
