I am not sure what the concern is with respect to these type of investments. I appreciate that they exist so I can take a bet that values will fall (inverse funds) and take a leveraged bet so as not to tie up too much of my money with the bet or hedge as the case may be. I believe the disclosures are adequate. I appreciate that you might be well intentioned with this approach, but I wonder how
I do not agree with the proposed changes to leveraged and inverse ETF funds. These are required in my portfolio to help balance out market volatility.
Further restrictions may not serve in anyones interest.
Please do not proceed any further.
Typical Government - Trying to take MY RIGHTS AWAY!!!
I should be the one to determine what investments are right for me and my family. The privileged should not be the only ones that can make public investments.
I really don't appreciate when a governing body thinks it knows more then I do, especially in matters of finances when you all can't e-v-e-n keep your own house debt free.
So your regulation on leveraged funds - what do YOU Actually know about it, hmmm.
Do YOU invest??
If you did, you would NOT be making such stupid assumptions about the rest of us who make a conscious CHOICE
Dear FINRA,

It is very important for the US regulators to allow free and fair access to creative investment products in a publicly available format. In fact, there have been many private investment vehicles (hedge funds, private equity, venture capital
I don't understand why It's problem about leverage eft. it's just etf.
Please allow us to participate in free markets. Stop trying to only help the elite and corrupt government officials. You not regulators should be able to choose the public
investments that are right for you and your family.
Public investments should be available to all of the public,
not just the privileged.
I should be able to invest leverage ETF with my own risk
I appreciate your concern for my financial well-being,1 Corinthians 10:24. But it is my responsibility and decision to use those resources as I believe I should, Acts 5:4. The last thing we need is more intervention in our personal affairs. We are responsible to educate ourselves and use that knowledge as we chose.
This would be an encroachment on personal freedom and our constitutional rights.
