Let the broader public invest inleveraged and inverse funds. These can be part of a sensible investment portfolio, as a hedge.
Government regulators should not be in charge of all investment decisions. Power to the people.
To FINRA regulators,
It is unimaginable and blatant discrimination that you would even consider which stocks or etf's a person may or may not trade. I am fully aware of the risk associated with trading leveraged and inverse funds and they are an important portfolio tool. You need to either ban leveraged and inverse funds completely for EVERYONE or leave things as they are.
Respectfully
Dear FINRA administration,
I strongly urge you to allow all investors the opportunity to invest in leveraged and inverse fund classes. These funds can help regular Americans like myself have a simpler tool to invest money responsibly by using such funds to track indexes and hedge our investments in other stocks without having to use options and other more complex instruments. Thank you for taking
Sir,
It has come to my attention that possible restrictions may be put on my trading abilities. I feel that I'm am plenty capable to trade inverse and leverage funds if I choose to.
The uncertainty in the market lately has made the inverses very important to me. One way to protect my investments and I sure hope you don't place restrictions on these rights.
The public should
It is very important for private investors to have access to leveraged funds to be able to hedge better market swings, and as well being able to grow smaller portfolios over the long term
I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family, not some regulator. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.
I oppose the extreme regulation planned by FINRA. It ignores the principle of my right to decide what public securities I invest or not invest in. It threatens my right to invest in my long term future. What is FINRA gaining from this move against the American public???
Please stop this proposed regulation. As an individual investor I believe I have freedom to invest leveraged ETFs free of restrictions. Thank you for your consideration.
Dear FINRA professionals. Please do not take away my ability to invest in leveraged funds. I have held QLD to my great benefit for many years. Please do not take away my ability to hedge my investments with inverse funds. They are a valuable tool in times of uncertainty.
There are LOTS of really important market to spend your effort fixing -
- Disallow 12b-1 fees
- Make private exchanges disclose
long or short market is a free investment, individual make their own decision and responsibility to put their money to work, based on their own homework, for this reason, government/regulator must get out of way to let people have choice to invest, more important, people are much more smart than regulator.
