I strongly subject to regulators determining how and where I should be allowed to invest my own money. I have 4 college degrees, 2 bachelor degrees 2 masters degrees including an MBA. I run $100 million multi state company managing an endowment in excess of $50 million. It doesnt seem necessary or appropriate for regulators to make a blanket determination that personal investors should be
Leveraged EFTs are an important part to my portfolio. With them I am able to carefully gain exposure to the market at a reduced portion of my total invested capital. They make it possible to make use of leverage without going into debt. This is a great product that while risky is far less risky than an individual going into debt to achieve the same effect.
Enough of this Nanny State regulation! Anyone investing in inverse and and leveraged funds knows they risk losing money the same as there is a risk with most investments. My biggest losses have been to taxes, sleazy lawyers, and government corruption over the years. Regulate the banks, brokers, lawyers, judges, Federal and local governments if you care about making life better for the average
It's time for the government to stay out of private citizens business. I have no money to invest thanks to government high taxes because the people running this country have no common sense that American s should come first. It needs to stop already. Keep your nose out of investments and everything else that is not governments busines
401ks are already restrictive (no futures/less options strategy). The only way to self manage 401k using Modern Portfolio Theory which uses leverage and rebalancing is using leveraged ETFs, making it inacessible in 401ks puts retirement at risk, given the current retirement options(no pension...).
I rely on triple leveraged ETFs for my investment needs. It satisfies a need that no other equity can do. It would hurt me incredibly if they were to change from what they are now. Please do not change this incredible tool. Thank you for your time.
To whom it may concern:
I am deeply concerned with the proposed regulation on leveraged exchange-traded funds, which would limit access or place undue burden on retail investors. Leveraged exchange traded funds are an important part of my personal retirement strategy, and without access to them, I fear that retirement will become more difficult to achieve. I use these leveraged ETFs to
I vehemently protest against any restriction to my using inverse or leveraged EFTs. I have been using these for years through market ups and downs and wish to continue using them. I agree that they should be used by investors that understand them. I think they are very useful vehicles.
Everyone should be able to invest in all products.
