It's just not right that they want to make it where you have to be of a certain group of people to be able to invest on what you want.
Im not sure why something like this would even be considered. I oppose any restrictions on the way me, my family and the people would like to to invest our funds. Free market isnt so free with regulators involvement. I will most definitely be following this and bringing this to light to my friends and family. I repeat, I oppose any restrictions limiting my investment choices.

This rule is disrespectful and elitist. There are unlimited resources online, many free, that can educate people about all investment products. Rules designed to "protect" investors simply enrich and entrench the wealthy. Please do not restrict these investments!!! Ive been investing in leveraged securities for over 20years and have extensive experience in them and they have been some of my top performing investments. I understand the risk and volatility and want the most growth
I strongly oppose Proposed Rule # S7-24-15. It against investor freedom and right.
Please Mr. Government Officials stay out of my business. My Freedom of Choice is being violated if I cannot invest my money where I choose. I look at this proposal as another situation where big brothers are overstepping their bounds.
Don't change the law
Leveraged funds are important to my investing strategy and I oppose regulations to limit access to them. I understand the benefits and risks of leverage fund and have done substantial research prior to investing. Increasing regulations to retail investors will further uneven the playing field between the Wall Street and Main Street.
I can make sound judgements on the risk of leveraged ETFs I do not need regulators to regulate my investment strategies. Please leave us alone.
