I am against any regulation of my buying inverse funds without jumping thru regulatory hoops. As investors, we always have to rely on our own good judgment and due diligence, our society is being regulated to death! I use these funds as part of my overall strategy to protect my other investments.

While this is being pursued under the guise of protecting individual investors, it instead harms individual investors by limiting their ability to invest in vehicles which are available to institutional investors. I oppose your desire to restrict my freedom to choose what I can do with the money I earned. Your regulatory body has no right to take away my liberties in this manner. Ideas such as this run counter to American ideals. Unelected technocrats like yourselves must stop burdening citizens and eroding our freedom with ideas such as this.
I want the freedom to use the money that I have earned and invested where I want.
I invest in leveraged funds. I would not meet all the criteria, but I know what I'm doing. Please do not take away my financial strategy.
