As an investor i understand risk and rewards associated with 3xleverege ETF as well inverse 3xleverege ETF .And I am totally against and rule imposed on small investor which will discourage investing.
Leveraged and inverse funds or ETF are useful investment instrument for investors to manage and protect their investment. Equivalent to options, their work well and should be continue to be available on the market. Do not mess with them please.

There are many individual stocks which have been and continue to be more volatile then leveraged stocks.Are you going to regulate them as well. leveraged stocks are safer than borrowing on margin. That is a fact.

Leveraged S&P funds have been critical to how I take advantage of trends as well as manage risk in my portfolio simplistically without the need for margin or options. Do not take them away!
I currently hold my series 7 and 66 and work for Wells Fargo Advisors but cannot continue to invest in ETFs that I choose because of the gov't restrictions. How is it their job to decide how I invest?! That's insane!
